Coventry Transport Museum is planning a £6m project which will deliver a greatly improved experience of visiting Coventry, activities to enable more people to enjoy and learn about the history of road transport and the wider history of Coventry, as well as the key role Coventry played in the car industry and continues to play in the future of transport technology.
The project includes the restoration of the 14th century Grammar School next door and its incorporation into the museum, providing an opportunity to extend the story of Coventry’s history back to medieval times.
There will be many improvements to the Museum and its facilities, as well as the kinds of activities that will be on offer for visitors to the Museum and local people.
But we need your help now to shape the project and to ensure that it meets your needs.
Please complete the questionnaire; the results will be used to inform our planning so the new museum meets people’s needs and preferences.
All responses received by Thursday 27th September at 12 noon will be entered into a prize draw to win two tickets to Top Gear Live, at the NEC on Thursday 25th October.
All responses will be strictly confidential and contact details will only be used for the purpose of the prize draw. Winners of the prize draw will be announced on Monday 4th October.
About the Top Gear Live Prize Draw
Everyone who completes the survey and provides a valid email address will be entered into a prize draw, to win a pair of tickets to Top Gear Live, to be used on Thursday 25th October at the NEC.
The prize includes:
Doors Open: 10am – 5pm
Seat at the Top Gear Live Show (Performance Time: 3:45pm)
Seat for the live Track displays
All-day access to the Exhibition on Thursday 25th October
A copy of the official Top Gear Live Showguide (RRP:£13.00)
