Morris Minor Owners Club 40th Anniversary
It's the 40th Anniversary of the Morris Minor Owners Club and to celebrate the occassion, the club will be displaying up to 70 of their vehicles on Millennium Place outisde the museum.
This beloved little car, affectionately known as 'moggie' is quite the British icon. In February 1961 the Morris Minor became the first British car to sell more than 1,000,000 units-it symbolised Britain's emergence from post-war austerity.
We hope you can join us and the folks at the MMOC -bring your cameras and marvel at these splendid little British beauties.
