Description

Coventry trio The Sonoplasts have been described as "chamber folk noir" and they launch their debut album Song Cycle at Talking Birds' striking post-industrial arts creation space in Coventry. Writers contributing include Bard of Barnsley Ian McMillan, Costa winning Birmingham writer Cath O'Flynn and poet John Bernard who is making a special appearance alongside Sonoplasts' singer Amy Kakoura, violinist Simon Chalk & composer/pianist Derek Nisbet.
