The Ice Cream Dream Machines gallery is officially open, and is going down a treat with its first visitors.  We're hoping for 'hundreds and thousands' of people to enjoy the gallery this Summer.

Throughout the summer there will be free family learning fun in the Ice Cream Dream Machines Exhibition with fun quizzes and activity sheets and object handling sessions.

Find out how ice cream was made before freezers were invented and discover some very unusual ice cream flavours from around the world. Find out what a ‘Penny Lick’ is and why it was banned and enter a competition to create a brand new ice cream flavour of your own.
